Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 7, 2026
Last updated: August 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Attending Health, LLC ("Attending," "we," "us"), which operates the websites myattending.com and joinattending.com (the "Sites"), collects, uses, and shares information about visitors to the Sites.

Read this first — two different kinds of information. The Sites are marketing and informational websites. They do not collect medical information, and nothing you do on the Sites creates a clinician–patient relationship. Medical care is provided by Attending Medical Group, PLLC, a Florida professional limited liability company (the "Practice"), through a separate, secure patient platform. Health information you provide to the Practice as a patient is protected health information governed by HIPAA and by the Practice's Notice of Privacy Practices — not by this Privacy Policy. This Policy governs the Sites only.

1. Information we collect on the Sites

Information you give us. If you use our eligibility check or waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and state of residence. If you apply to join our clinical network, we collect your name, email, license type, and licensed states. If you contact us, we collect the information you include in your message. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, health information through the Sites.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and general (city-level) location inferred from IP address. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, subject to your consent choices described in Section 4.

Information we do not collect on the Sites. We do not collect health conditions, medications, height, weight, or any medical history on the Sites. We do not use advertising pixels or analytics on the Practice's patient platform.

2. How we use information

We use Site information to: operate, maintain, and improve the Sites; respond to inquiries; notify you when care becomes available in your state (if you join the waitlist); process clinician applications; measure the performance of our marketing in aggregate; and comply with law. We do not use Site information to make medical decisions.

3. How we share information

We share Site information only with: service providers that host the Sites, deliver email, and provide analytics, under contracts limiting their use of the information; the Practice, if you begin the enrollment process, so that your name, email, and state can carry into the patient platform; professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) as needed; and authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We may share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose the fact that any identified person has sought or received care to advertising platforms.

4. Cookies and your choices

The Sites use a consent management tool. Strictly necessary cookies operate the Sites and cannot be disabled. Analytics and marketing cookies load only with your consent, and you can change your choices at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Our measurement is configured to avoid sending health-related context to advertising platforms: event and audience names are neutral, and we do not transmit information about medical conditions or treatments.

5. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We honor these rights regardless of whether your state's law technically applies. To exercise them, email privacy@myattending.com with your request; we will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. If we ever engage in "targeted advertising" or "sharing" as defined by applicable state law, the "Cookie preferences" link and the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer are the opt-out mechanisms.

6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of cookie-based advertising where required by law.

7. Data retention

We keep Site information only as long as needed for the purposes above: waitlist entries until we launch in your state or you ask us to delete them; inquiry correspondence for two years; technical logs for a shorter operational period. Patient records are governed by the Practice's medical-records retention obligations, not this Policy.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the limited information the Sites collect. No website can guarantee perfect security; please do not submit sensitive information through the Sites.

9. Children

The Sites are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the Practice does not treat minors.

10. Changes

We will post any changes here with a new effective date, and material changes will be flagged on the Sites.
