Most telehealth platforms route each visit to whichever clinician is free. We do the opposite: every patient belongs to one clinician, and every clinician carries a panel small enough to actually know the people on it.

Your clinician reads your chart before they see you, remembers what you talked about last time, and manages your plan from the first consultation on. When you message the practice, the person answering is the person treating you.

Every membership starts with a real evaluation — a video consultation, a medical history, and screening for contraindications. Not a form that approves everyone who can pay.

If medication isn't clinically appropriate for you, your clinician will tell you that, explain why, and talk through what makes sense instead. A practice that can't say no isn't a practice.

Who exactly is treating me?

What if I'm not a candidate for medication?

Your clinician will tell you directly, explain the reasoning, and discuss what makes sense instead. The consultation fee structure doesn't change that answer.

Can I use my insurance?

Membership is a flat monthly fee and does not require insurance. Medication and labs are billed separately at pass-through cost.

What happens if I stop?

You can pause or cancel at any time. If you stop, your clinician can discuss what that means for your care.
