Pricing

One flat fee. Nothing hiding in it.

Two tiers, same membership — the difference is whether your dedicated clinician is a nurse practitioner or a physician. No insurance required for membership.

Membership
$179/mo

A dedicated nurse practitioner. Every plan is reviewed under physician-developed clinical protocols, with physician oversight where a state requires it.

  • A dedicated clinician with a deliberately small panel
  • Video visits — initial consultation and all follow-ups
  • Direct messaging with your clinician
  • Prescription and dose management
  • Lab ordering and review
  • Pause or cancel anytime
Physician-led
$249/mo

The same membership, with a physician as your dedicated clinician — for when your health history calls for it.

  • A dedicated clinician with a deliberately small panel
  • Video visits — initial consultation and all follow-ups
  • Direct messaging with your clinician
  • Prescription and dose management

Not included — on purpose
Medication
Billed separately at pass-through cost, with no markup. Prescription medication requires a prescription from a licensed clinician following evaluation, and is never guaranteed.
Labs
Ordered only when your history calls for them, and billed separately at pass-through cost.
Insurance billing
Membership is a flat monthly fee; we don't bill insurance for it. Medication is billed separately by the pharmacy. Coverage varies — we'll tell you what your options are.
Cancel or pause anytime

Leaving is allowed. So is coming back.

You can pause or cancel at any time — it's a feature, not a loophole. If you stop, your clinician can discuss what that means for your care. The only discount we offer: pay twelve months upfront and take 15% off — $1,826 for the year instead of $2,148 on the $179 membership. The headline price is the price.

Why we cost more than the $99 offers

Because a dedicated clinician is the product.

A clinician who carries a small panel costs more than one processing a queue — that's the arithmetic, and we're not embarrassed by it. The fee buys a real evaluation, a named clinician who knows your chart, and medicine without shortcuts. If a questionnaire and a queue are enough for you, cheaper options exist and some of them are fine. This is for people who want a doctor's practice, not a dispensary.

Start with a conversation.

A real consultation with a clinician who'll still be yours a year from now.
