Accessibility Statement

Attending is committed to making our websites and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Care that pays attention has to start with a front door everyone can use.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our sites are built and reviewed with that standard in mind, including: semantic structure and landmarks for screen readers; full keyboard navigability; text alternatives for meaningful images; color contrast that meets or exceeds AA ratios; visible focus states; forms with programmatically associated labels and clear error messaging; and support for text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or function. We test with automated tools and manual review, and accessibility is part of our development process rather than an audit afterward.

Telehealth accessibility

Accessibility does not stop at the website. If you need accommodations to receive care — including additional time in visits, communication by a preferred channel, or assistance with the patient platform — tell us and we will work with you. For patients who are deaf or hard of hearing, we will arrange appropriate communication support for visits at no charge, consistent with applicable law. Our clinicians provide care in English and Spanish [and Arabic]; interpretation for other languages can be arranged.

Known limitations

Some third-party content we rely on — such as the patient platform, payment processing, and pharmacy websites — is controlled by other companies. We choose vendors with accessibility commitments and will raise issues with them when you report problems.
