How it works

Four phases. One clinician, start to finish.

This is the process in full — including the parts other platforms leave out. A video visit is required, some people are told no, and careful dosing takes time. That's what medical care looks like.

A real consultation

Your first visit is a scheduled video consultation with the clinician who will treat you — not a form, and not a chat window. A video visit is required before anything is prescribed; there is no asynchronous approval path here.

What you do

Verify your identity, share your medical history and current medications inside the secure patient portal, and show up on camera. Plan for a real conversation, not a five-minute call.

What your clinician does

Reads your intake before the visit, takes a full history, screens for contraindications, and orders baseline labs if your history calls for them.

The honest part

Some people finish this visit without a prescription. If the evaluation says medication is not appropriate for you, your clinician tells you that directly and explains why.

A plan built for your history

After the consultation — and lab review, where labs were ordered — your clinician writes a plan around your health history, your medications, and your goals. It is written for you, not selected from a menu.

What you do

Complete any ordered labwork (billed separately at pass-through cost) and review the plan with your clinician.

What your clinician does

Reviews results, weighs treatment options against your history, and walks you through the reasoning — including the options they decided against.

The honest part

The plan may not include medication, and when it does, the choice follows from your history — not from what a pharmacy partner stocks.

Medication, when clinically appropriate

If prescription medication is part of your plan, your clinician prescribes it to your pharmacy and manages it from there. Medication requires a prescription from a licensed clinician following evaluation, and is billed separately at pass-through cost.

What you do

Fill the prescription at your pharmacy, follow the dosing schedule, and report how you actually feel — side effects included.

What your clinician does

Starts at the appropriate dose, adjusts it based on your response, and stays reachable between visits for questions and side-effect management.

The honest part

Titration takes months, not weeks. Dose changes follow tolerability, and rushing them is how side effects get made.

Ongoing care, with the same person

Follow-up visits, messaging, dose management, and lab review — all with the clinician who already knows you. This continuity is what the membership fee actually buys.

What you do

Keep your follow-ups and message your clinician when something changes — a new medication, a side effect, a question.

What your clinician does

Tracks your labs and your response over time, adjusts the plan as your health changes, and answers your messages personally.

The honest part

Pausing is allowed and built in. You can pause or cancel at any time, and if you stop, your clinician can discuss what that means for your care.
